3. Bookings, Rates, and Payments

• Payments are made directly to Tour Operador La Perla del Sur through the secure payment gateways integrated on the website (Credit/Debit Card via Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, PayPal, or verified Cash).
• All rates are listed in US Dollars (USD) and represent total service pricing inclusive of required fees and taxes.
• Booking confirmations and vouchers are automatically dispatched to the customer's registered email address.

4. Operational Responsibility
